The transportation customer may, at any time and without any restrictions, make his booked capacities available to a third party for use or transfer his contractual rights and obligations to a third party.
If booked capacities are made available, the transportation customer will remain party to the contract concluded with E.ON Gastransport and therefore continue to hold his contractual rights and obligations.
In the case of a transfer of rights and obligations, which is subject to the approval of E.ON Gastransport, the transportation customer will cease to be the holder of the rights and obligations transferred. E.ON Gastransport will not refuse its approval except for good cause.
For secondary capacity marketing the transportation customer may use, in particular, the Internet-based trac-x capacity trading platform.
